Recently we had an issue with an Ezviz H3 camera. We needed to get our DVR to load the camera so it could be monitored and recorded on the same hard drive. Problem was, it was difficult to find the IP address and port and then difficult to get it to work on our DVR.
The first way to get the IP is to use a trick found online by editing the Ezviz PC software so that advanced mode shows. This allows a lot more tweaking of Ezviz cameras and also the exact ip and ports they using. Follow this link for those steps.
Next we couldn't at all get the camera to run on our DVR, even with the correct details. We then found out that if you install the cameras and open the ezviz app, before adding the camera, hit the profile icon at top left. Go into settings and then Lan Live View, you will see them listed with ip and port that you need to use. (note you must be on the same WIFI network as the camera by using WiFi Config tool inside settings as per above to connect to your wifi network). Then go to Live View and use admin for your username and the password is as it is written on the sticker of your Ezviz Camera called Verification Code. You then can easily get the camera running on your DVR so that it works with all your other cameras.
